💼 Key Responsibilities.
🧫 Assay Development & Screening.
Design & develop biochemical and cell-based in vitro assays using advanced platforms:

Fluorescence Polarization
-
HTRF, FRET, BRET, TR-FRET
-
Luminescence, AlphaScreen, AlphaLISA
-
-
Screen New Chemical Entities (NCEs) with validated assays.
-
Perform qPCR and Western Blot assays confidently.
-
Draft SOPs and prepare technical write-ups for proposals.
-
Manage experiments and ensure lab equipment functionality.

Follow strict biosafety protocols—especially for cell culture.

Maintain equipment in line with SOPs and uphold lab hygiene standards.
