Position Overview

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Executive – Quality Control professional to join our facility in Ankleshwar. This role is vital to maintaining product integrity and meeting regulatory standards through thorough analysis and quality checks.


Who Can Apply?

Education:

  • M.Sc. in Organic or Analytical Chemistry

  • B.Pharm

Experience:

  • 2 to 6 years in pharmaceutical or API quality control

  • Familiarity with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and GLP (Good Laboratory Practices) is essential


Key Responsibilities

Product Testing & Analysis

  • Conduct timely analysis of raw materials, intermediates, bulk products, and finished goods

  • Perform stability studies, process validation, and cleaning validation

  • Operate laboratory equipment such as HPLC, GC, UV-Vis, IR spectrometers, dissolution testers, polarimeters, and auto-titrators

Lab Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain and calibrate laboratory instruments

  • Assist in equipment qualification processes

  • Draft SOPs, analytical test records, and maintain documentation

  • Manage chemical reagents, reference standards, and control samples

  • Investigate and report out-of-specification (OOS) results

  • Ensure accurate recording and archiving of laboratory data

Validation & Compliance

  • Execute method and cleaning validation as per established protocols

  • Support production and warehousing teams in analytical requirements

  • Uphold Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards in the lab

  • Identify potential safety hazards and take corrective action


Required Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Good coordination and communication with cross-functional teams

  • Familiarity with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management System) and QMS (Quality Management System)
